Due to the nature of our products and our international fulfillment model, Cliply does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
We encourage all customers to review product details, specifications, and compatibility information carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about whether Cliply is right for your pet, please reach out via our Contact page before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We stand fully behind the quality of every Cliply unit. If your product arrives:
• Physically damaged due to transit
• Defective (non-functional straight out of the box)
• Significantly different from what was described on our website
Please contact us via www.cliply.us/pages/contact within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
1. Your order number
2. A clear description of the issue
3. Photos or a short video showing the damage or defect
If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, send a replacement unit at no cost to you. We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet entered processing. To request a cancellation, use our Contact page immediately with the subject "CANCEL ORDER #[your order number]."
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

WHAT WE DO NOT COVER

The following are not eligible for replacement:
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Incorrect product ordered by the customer
• Damage caused by misuse, drops, or exposure to water
• Reports made more than 7 days after delivery
• Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer

LATE OR MISSING DELIVERIES

If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks of your order date, please contact us via our Contact page and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

CHARGEBACKS

We take unauthorized chargebacks seriously. If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us to resolve an issue, we reserve the right to submit all evidence of purchase, shipping, and delivery to the payment processor and dispute the claim. We encourage all customers to reach out first — we are always happy to help.
